Take the knowledge leap into your supply chain career with MUHAKAT’s Mini MBA Supply Chain Track – a practical professional programme designed to develop core supply chain capabilities across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, operations, systems, and performance management.
The programme gives learners a 360-degree view of global supply chains and helps them understand how end-to-end supply chain functions connect to customer service, cost, responsiveness, resilience, and business performance.
Designed for professionals across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the wider Middle East and MENA region, this programme is suitable for individuals seeking a solid supply chain foundation and organizations looking to build a common supply chain language among their teams.
A Mini MBA is a focused professional training programme covering essential business and management concepts. The Mini MBA Supply Chain Track applies this concept specifically to supply chain management, giving participants structured exposure to the operational and tactical areas that drive supply chain performance.
While it carries the name “Mini MBA”, it is a professional development programme and is not positioned as a full MBA degree. It is designed to provide practical business and supply chain insight for learners who want a strong foundation without committing to a long academic degree pathway.
The Mini MBA Supply Chain Track is structured around the core supply chain functions of Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, and Enable. The updated programme structure includes 44 educational hours, including core learning sessions and 11 hours of simulation-based learning.
Towards the end of the programme, learners work in teams to simulate real-world supply chain scenarios. The simulation allows participants to take cross-functional decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and understand how planning, procurement, operations, supply chain, and sales decisions influence performance.
Participants are expected to reflect on what worked well, what did not work, and what could be improved. This practical approach helps build teamwork, decision-making, planning discipline, and performance awareness.
