This is an open-access qualification. Learners do not need advanced professional experience, although prior knowledge of logistics and transport operations and awareness of the main principles of the industry would be beneficial.

Optional / Specialist Unit: O3-L2 Introduction to Warehousing and Inventory

Optional / Specialist Unit: O5-L2 Introduction to Planning and Operation of Freight Transport

Assessment: Learners must successfully complete written online examinations for all four qualification units.

Number of examinations: Four-unit examinations are required.

Exam format: Each unit is assessed through a 30-question examination paper.

Question types: Examinations include a combination of multiple-choice questions and short-answer questions. Some questions may require short written responses or simple calculations.

Exam duration: Each unit examination is 60 minutes.

Exam schedule: Learners may complete up to two examinations in one day.

Pass mark: Learners must achieve a minimum score of 50% in each unit examination.
