Exam Details

Capstone and Simulation-Based Learning

Towards the end of the programme, learners work in teams to simulate real-world supply chain scenarios. The simulation allows participants to take cross-functional decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and understand how planning, procurement, operations, supply chain, and sales decisions influence performance.

Participants are expected to reflect on what worked well, what did not work, and what could be improved. This practical approach helps build teamwork, decision-making, planning discipline, and performance awareness.

Assessment and Completion

  • The programme includes active participation in simulation-based learning and a final assessment.
  • The final exam is multiple choice and is designed to test understanding of the programme content.
  • Learners are expected to demonstrate both conceptual understanding and practical application of supply chain decisions.
  • Corporate delivery options can be adapted to organizational learning objectives and team development needs.
