Organizations therefore need capabilities in end-to-end supply chain management, planning, forecasting, inventory, procurement, logistics, analytics, technology, change management, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Professional capability development should be integrated into the transformation roadmap rather than treated as a separate training activity.
